HALL HIRERS "CLEAR-UP' CHECKLIST

The following is a list of jobs that will need to be undertaken to ensure that the deposit can be returned in full. Any breakages should be noted. If there are other matters that were of concern when you took occupation then please make a note on the reverse of this form.

Main Hall

Chairs stored away in accordance with directions noted on the wall in the chair store
Tables stored away in the table store – stacked neatly and safely
Floor swept and any broken glass noted here, so the cleaner can double check to see if any shards remain
Windows closed and doors all locked
Lights turned off


Meeting Room

Chairs stored away in accordance with directions noted on the wall in the chair store

Floor swept and any broken glass noted here, so the cleaner can double check to see if any shards remain

Windows closed and doors all locked

Lights turned off

Kitchen
Pots and cutlery washed and stored away
Surfaces washed down
Floors swept and mopped


Lobby and Corridors
Floors swept and mopped if muddy

Toilets
The toilets should be left as found, our cleaner will clean these daily, but only if exceptionally soiled does the hirer need to clean
